Before you order
Estimated delivery for in-stock products is 7–11 days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Silva Haven is a preorder item with expected dispatch on 31 January 2027; this is the dispatch date, not the delivery date. Contact us if you have questions about your delivery.
When your order arrives
Check the packages and contents and let us know if something is missing or damaged. Photos of the packaging and affected item can help us investigate. Keep the packaging where practical, and do not use a product that appears unsafe.
